401(k) with Empower

Dan’s Management offers a 401(k) plan with a discretionary employer matching program with Empower.


  • Available to all crew members over the age of 21 after 6 months of service (not eligible for employer match until after 1 year)
  • All employees who work 1000 hours or more and hit 1 year of service will be eligible for the employer match
  • Employer match is 100% of your deferrals up to 3% of your compensation; plus an additional 50% of your deferrals over 3% but not to exceed 5% of your annual compensation. 
  • Fully vested on day one.

Any crew member, or previously excluded class, that is over the age of 21 and has already worked 6 months or more on or before 1/1/2023, will be eligible to participate on 01/01/2023.

Enrollment for 401(k) is quarterly as long as you meet the above qualifications.
